To open an account and use the services at 7ezbd, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is not just our platform policy — it is a fundamental requirement of responsible gambling. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time.

To create an account, you must:

• Be a natural person (accounts cannot be opened in the name of a company or organisation).
• Be legally capable of using the platform.
• Ensure that the information you provide is true and accurate.
• Operate only one account.

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and all pending bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. This is a strict policy of ours to prevent bonus abuse.

7ezbd reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time. As part of verification, you may be asked to submit a national identity card or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at 7ezbd:

For bank transfers, deposits can be made from major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Standard processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be on hold if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.

7ezbd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently, no additional fees are charged by 7ezbd for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your personal responsibility.

7ezbd's sports betting section offers betting on various events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All decisions relating to betting are final. Winnings will be credited to the account once the event result is confirmed. If an event is cancelled for any reason, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

The casino section offers slots, live dealer games, table games, and fishing games. Each game operates under its own rules, which can always be viewed in the game window. 7ezbd is only a platform — the games are operated by third-party providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming).

If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, server issues, or any other technical disruption, 7ezbd will determine the result up to the last confirmed round based on system logs. In such situations, 7ezbd's decision is considered final.

7ezbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Possible breach of anti-money laundering (AML) rules.
• Legal directive from authorities.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team.

7ezbd will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, lost opportunity, or any other damage arising from the following:

• Internet outages or technical failures beyond the service provider's control.
• Software errors by third-party game providers.
• Unexpected maintenance or system upgrades.
• The user's own mistakes or negligence.

7ezbd is an entertainment platform — members are fully aware of the possibility of financial loss in gambling and participate at their own risk.

7ezbd believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We place the highest priority on the mental and financial well-being of our members. In line with responsible gambling principles:
